Effective April 1, 2011, CGC is excited to announce the implementation of a new Integrated Technology Management System (ITMS), including an electronic clinical record. The new CareLogic® software system, by Qualifacts, will enable us to build the technical capacity necessary to more effectively and efficiently manage and document services and outcomes, and increase our capacity to serve more children and families. Qualifacts' CareLogic Enterprise is certified as a Complete EHR under the ARRA meaningful use rules.

Goals:
1) Increase our capacity to provide direct services.
2) Refine our ability to measure effectiveness of programs and services.
3) Improve compliance with government regulatory requirements.
4) Enhance collaborations through information exchange in a secure, confidential, timely, and uniform medium.
5) Improve efficiency of operations and maximize financial performance.
